The next edition of the HEELS 101 COURSE is here!!

WHAT: The HEELS 101 COURSE by Maya is a 4-week class series for absolute beginners and anyone who wants to level up their foundations in heels dance. From a beautiful bevel to a body roll, this course will focus on clean technique 🩰 and unlocking your confidence in heels! 🔥

Each class includes a 5-minute circle/community time, a full-body warmup/stretch, walking exercises in heels, and short combos featuring the lesson of the day. Over the course you will learn a piece of choreography that will be filmed at the last class.

SCHEDULE: Tuesdays 7:00-8:30pm:

6/16: Walking, Posing, Presence

6/23: Floorwork (bring kneepads!)

6/30: Sensual & Powerful Movement

7/7: Choreography & Performance (Filming from 9:00-9:30pm)

WHERE: Studio Worcle Shinjuku

WHO is this for? Absolute beginners to beginner-level dancers who want to learn something new or hone their skills in a small and supportive class

DRESS: Bring supportive high heels you can dance in (recommended: 7cm tall minimum, 8-11cm tall maximum), comfy clothes that make you feel fabulous to move in. Please wear ALL BLACK at the final class on 7/7 🖤

ATTENDANCE: Full course recommended for the full experience, but you are also welcome to purchase single drop-in classes for ¥3600 each.
