Heels Choreography Workshop
Our signature monthly workshop! Bring your heels, dress up, and learn ~1 minute of choreography in heels. Videos are taken at the end.

Heels 101 Class
Recommended for absolute beginners or those who want to fine-tune the fundamentals. Heels 101 is a follow-along class to learn the building blocks of heels dance techniques.
Heels 101 Classes include Hips and Whips, Pose & Peformance, Turn Tutorials, and more.

HEELS 101 COURSE
A 4-week class series for beginners or anyone who wants to level up their foundation in heels dance. From a beautiful bevel to a body roll, this course will focus on clean technique and unlocking your confidence in heels!
The COURSE culminates with choreography that includes elements from all 4 classes.

Maya founded Chroma Tokyo in 2022. With 30+ years of dance training across multiple styles and a strong foundation in classical ballet, she brings a wealth of expertise in movement quality, visualization, artistry, and technique. Her performance experience spans New York City, Nashville, Portland, Las Vegas, Tokyo, Hiroshima, and touring productions.
As an instructor and choreographer, Maya has worked with dancers of all levels — from absolute beginners to professional performers —and she has created works for stages in both New York City and Japan.
Maya is passionate about helping women build confidence, artistry, and technical skill in a supportive environment. She strives to make every Chroma class encouraging, educational, challenging, and fun, empowering students to grow confidence in both in dancing and life!
