Heels Choreography Workshop
Our signature monthly workshop! Bring your heels, dress up, and learn ~1 minute of choreography. Videos are taken at the end.
Heels workshops include Chroma-only specials: Chair of Seduction and Sexy Barre.

Heels 101 Class
Recommended for absolute beginners or those who want to fine-tune the fundamentals. Heels 101 is a follow-along class to learn the building blocks of heels dance techniques.

Maya co-founded Chroma with fellow heels instructor Mariia in 2022. With over 25 years of dance experience in various styles with a focus in classical ballet, Maya draws from a wealth of knowledge about graceful movement, strong visualization, and dynamic performance techniques in dance. She has performed in New York, Nashville, Portland, Las Vegas and on tour and coached absolute beginners to pre-professional dancers.
Maya aims to make each Chroma class encouraging, instructive, challenging, and fun!
